Wow, really hard descision to make however good on you for making the one that you did.

Wow, that is certainly a big change! Certainly, family has to come first, and good for you to support them in such a time of crisis - as well as everyone to came to support you too.

Though, sometimes change is for the best. 8 or more years doing the same job can get old, even though it's something you might like, and new challenges the change brings can be exciting, invigorating... and scary.

I know from experience what, what it means to have to change the plans for your life entirely, to help family and relatives. It's still affecting me today, but I do not regret it. Being there for one another is what makes us good people.
