Welcome to INCtastics Journal Well I feel like doing a small or big update.
Well I was at
Sephircards for the last two weeks and it was totally awesome - we toasted our computers with games, good food and I found reason to state my opinion that Burger King really tastes ten times better then MC Ds =| Just saying that now
Well got home to Pikuna and one day later my computer has her period again and always I want to start her the "Fuck you"-window appears >w> "Can't load stuff blabla"
Well we have some options to solve that problem but not before tomorrow now. SADLY D:
I miss some gaming ;w;
The next thing is Fairy Tail - now I'm equal with the anime status at episode 165 and I just want to say... Natsus apperiance at the end was totally bad ass'd X3 - kinda stupid but bad ass'd x3
The last thing I want to talk about are adoptables and auctions.
Because... well... there is so much of them recently that I want to give my opinion about it.
Let's start with the adoptables. Well... I don't know about you but... besides beeing a bad artist (well an artist at all) I'm a creative person - very creative. I don't know if I'm just over the edge hardcore creative or just moderate but... I think adoptables are some kind of... you know... useless?
You buy a character another person made to use for yourself
Okay it's one way to get money and humanity is very creative on three terms:
- how to make money
- different kinds of fetishs and sex styls
- ways to kill each other
Well that might not have VERY MUCH to do with adoptables I admit... but think of it for a minute... hm... if those creativity would go into science we would easily call the reaper in Mass Effect caveman with sticks and stones.
Okay back to adobtables: Personally... I love my characters, every single one is unique and even if I don't think about them so much sometimes I respect my own characters and for me they have... something special, a heart, a soul, something that makes them alive, more then just a thought of mine. They have something which makes their character.
And there's the thing of respect that bites me when it comes to adobtables - when characters have hearts and souls... wouldn't it be just slavery to just sell them to someone with other intensions for them as you have?
For things like fetishs or adult things or what so ever it doesn't feel comfortable at all for me. It just makes me... you know - kinda sad to see those characters getting sold.
Also there is the creativity aspect I talked about - well nothing in particular against people but... the fuck?
Are people uncreative at all or what? That question pops up in my head more then once in my head. I mean... I think of my own characters and if I want a new one... I just make one think of it and yeah well bam! There it is.
If I need a picture I make a description and talk to an artist - no big deal - well I can't understand adoptables at all by all means.
The last thing I want to talk about are auctions - a very sensitive part for some people.
Some people are looking for a thrill, the kick when you do an auction against others (okay some people are skydiving or bungee-jumping) which I can't understand at all. (That's why I love the "buyout" function in ebay and the wow auction house - No risk by not getting it and something like "Okay that's the price - buy it or not it won't change" and I know people's work is much worth it because a picture isn't there for only like *claps hands* *super epic artwork appears* that's not the deal but I always think it gets over the top... also with some people who can't afford it on that and that price levels...
I don't bitch about it on other peopls journals even if I sometimes really would like to say how much those things get on my nerves but I keep it to myself (and that's why I write it in my own journal)
The next thing is... well... for example: there is auction with three slots... slot 1 (for a character standing) slot 2 (for character in doggy style) and slot 3 (for slot behind slot 2)
okay so we say... person 1 is so eager to get slot 2 because he or she likes it... and gets it... a friend is getting slot 1 while a person 3 gets the slot 3. And person 3 and person 1 hate each other very very much because... welll person one had a girl/boyfriend and that left him/her for person 3 and then they are together in a adult pic fucking each other which is... more then just uncomfortable (I don't know how it looks like with the "I don't want the slot anymore"-thing but well... you see this is a quite bad situation for each other.
Also the prepose auctions... a set pose where your character can be... well... maybe people wish for THAT POSE (oh yeah that pose baby...) but I think it's kinda of a "you can't have something else pose" thingy...
just feels like it... I am not comfortable with it and it's the same reason with auctions in general...
My facit is... that I really miss the time of only commissions because it was a right set price nothing more and nothing less (with some extras of course)
so yeah... that's my opinion and everything...
I hope I can get to my computer again as soon as possible when that fucking bitch is fixed... and when she's fixed and I saved all my data from her she gets Windows 7 stuck in her mouth and I don't want to hear any moaning or bitching from her anymore (=| You see... my computer and I have a very very lovely relationship...)

The time was awesome and BK is still better then Mc Ds xD - also I like to talk about my computer as a relationship because it is kinda funny and I kinda think she acts sometimes like a bitching girlfriend XP - well when Piku would be my computer I would have a purring PC... a PurrrrrC xD
Just saying that I totally understand your point in adoptables :3 For it beeing like an empty canvas it's a great thing for people who can't get a imagination of a character in their heads xD - but at the same time I can't understand that all because I have no problem with that by having a fantasy spring in my head xwx argh... but a good point there :3
well all auctions I saw ended up beeing twice as expensive as a normal commission would have been - also I really don't get the thrill of auctions (like I said: I <3 buyout)
Of course I don't bother and move on and don't give a damn... but after like... 20.000 journals and YCH prepose pics in my inbox... I kinda felt like pointing out that I don't like those in any way >w>

In WoW for example the in game money inlfation is very high since Burning Crusade and is steadily going higher xD But for a x12 server the prices are... if you don't buy epics... more moderate and suitable :3

(I really prefer Windows over linux because of the better game compatiblity for old games >w< That's why I stay at Windows... also I got used to it and I will not change that xD)
