Woooo soo... I forgot how much anxiety I got last year from waiting to book a hotel haha XD

We didn't even look at the Westin this year, NOT after the bullshit they pulled last year with charging me twice and not refunding until two weeks later, and then taking it out again, and having to refund me AGAIN... and overdrafting my account so I got slammed with fees from the bank, my student loans bounced yada yada...
[If you chose the westin and this is your first year, BE CAREFUL D:]

Anywho! We looked into getting the Courtyard room but when I went to even check the second that hotel booking opened, they didn't even show the Courtyard on there D: I refreshed it a couple times x.x' but still didn't see it. Anyone know if it booked like instantly?

So I was going to go for doubletree but I know a lot of people had mentioned the walk was a bit annoying having to go through the more trafficy bits of Pittsburgh. SOOO I figured Omni, we had walked by it last year and it looked really nice too.
Anyone stay there before? Have any tips or info about it? :D

We're going to be going down the day before this time around. Going down the 3rd and leaving on Sunday, since it was kind of not necessary to stay past Sunday. Plus work wouldn't be too thrilled... ugh. They're already giving me a hard time since it's July 4th week/weekend.
