Birthdays, existence comemorations - Getting older!

Heya dearies!
Holy damn, it's been a month since I updated my journal, let alone my art, I know I know, I am sticking to my promises, lots of things coming up is all. You know you have a lot in store when you're very excited to hop to the next project and the next and the next.
I'm getting older! Certainly not younger! A quarter of a century today (or yesterwhenever for you if it's past the 2nd). Dang... that's... that's a lot, isn't it? Right? Or has life JUST started?
Sometimes, you wonder what you've been doing in those prime years of yours; you try to remember, sometimes you forget, even if it's been three years ago. Sometimes I wonder if I have forgotten simply because it was so boring! But I know it's not so. I had great times spent on my own and with my friends and people I don't even know. Anywhere. And exploring their worlds. Hey...
Then I realize... the prime years are what you make of it, each year. ° u °
New work out schedule;
Two days cardio, changes every week - but the energy use and heart rates are usually the same (do what's fun).
Three days split into: Arms, Abs/obliques, Lower body.
5 sets 5 reps routine.
Current weight: 156
Desired weight: 165
No more meat!
Moving onto different supplements - I learned a lot of the stuff is basically the same, just with a different label.
Have also been wondering about sponsorships. Just how do they work?
I will try to do these one by one as fast as I can. I haven't forgotten. Sorry for the delay.

Also sponsorships.... hmmmm.. no idea how that works. GOOGLE TIME!
also sponsorships usually work by being a semi professional in the sport of choice and after earning a reputation as an up and coming new face in said sport then you would need to start sending off letters to the companies explaining your desires and goals for yourself professionally. Then it just becomes a game of waiting for replies and hoping one of said companies believes in your potential enough to send ya money :D
