Well it doesn't have to be 100% pay me or I leave. But I think a lot of artist do too much free work when they should be paid. I've seen companies take other's artwork and use it without giving credit and such.

True for me getting your name out there would be an accomplishment in its self
what would upset me would be not getting credit especially if it was free
