Off to Tennessee

Well, in an hour or two, at any rate. I've still got to stuff some clothes in a bag and there's no point in getting there before everyone's home from work. But yeah, gonna go help my brother and sister-in-law into their new place. Nine years, and this is what they ask me down for!
Miss Luddite here doesn't own any of those fancy mobile devices that will let her check FA on the road, so I'll be out of touch 'til I get back. I hope to be back home Tuesday evening, unless there's a big snow or the rest of I-75 collapses in on itself. But I'm sure you guys'll be just fine without me 'til then, right?

Also, wave south when you get to Tennessee! I'll be one state below you waving back!
I shall certainly wave south, too. Thanks for the well wishes, and I hope you have a great day!

And don't worry about not having a mobile phone that don't let you check internet... I don't even have a mobile phone, period =Þ
I originally got a phone in case I happened to break down in the middle of nowhere somewhere. And there's a lot of nowhere where I live. Unfortunately, a lot of that nowhere devours any sort of signal a cell phone might get, too! I don't even know why I still have one, except I guess it's one of those things that most people just have now.

And I so know what you mean. When I had to go to the hospital a couple of times last year for check-ups, we thought it better if I would have a cell phone with me too, so I borrowed my mom's one - which is actually an old one of my dad's, and she never uses it either, she just has it because she... well, has it, got it from my dad because he got a new one, but, yeh, it's never used, hee.
The part of Tennessee where I was is anything but flat. I'm sure there are parts of the state that are, but this was all hills and valleys and lots of steep roads and sharp curves.
