I'm a homeowner! Moved in last week, been busy putting the place in order. The last dude who lived here set the bar pretty low for home improvement, evidenced by the state of the closets and a few oddities; I'm hoping I can set it higher! I've got a large upstairs and finished basement perfect for renting out, and in my dreams I have some frequently traveling associate who needs a place to crash when he's in town every few weeks paying my mortgage.

At any rate I'm thrilled with the place, it's close to my gym and my workplace. More art will come when I have a computer desk.
