Definitely! I primarily do it for the suits, heh. Just got done with a round of strength training and max outs, and am now on a version of German Volume Training, which is a heck of a lot of fun, plus good for putting on size.

Let me know how it works for you, I'm always interested in natural bulking techniques :)

I did it once before, and it really was responsible for the size you saw on me, which was about 20lbs heavier than when I started (I went from super scrawny and not eating enough to that). This round, I'm trying to do a cleaner gain, but that's much harder, heh. So far it's doing wonderful things for my arms, that's for damn sure!

How tall are you? I'm 5'6" so depending I could prolly let you try one of mine on, hehe. With the size you have already, it'd probably look fantastic!
