fan clutch fail? they will spin free like on a hub if its failed an they dont cool worth dirt like that when cold they should spin but warmed up they should firm up an not freewheel thus able to pull air through the radiator

electric fan.. it spins and sucks air in.. so thats working. battery ish shot.. so I need a new battery, but we also think the waterpump might be going bad

easy check the weep hole under the main shaft if its wet under there or the pulley that drives it is seals are going then take hold of the pulley an wiggle any play or wobble bearings are going so yep time to replace

make sure to check the water level in the battery an charge it good also might want to check the thermostat warm her up without the radiator cap on watch the flow

sealed battery, and cant watch the flow, this car dont have a radiator cap.. its a cap on the overflow tank..

then hold onto the top radiator hose as it warms up when the engine idles down that hose aught to be quite warm an sqiushable with the cover off the overflow if the engine idles down an the hose is cold or just cool thermostat issues

check the sides of the battery some have large flat caps they say their sealed an arent some are true full seal cant hurt to check it
