Maybe you should tell him how he is coming off to you - sadly men are not mind readers, maybe he is really excited to text you and wants a reply and doesn't know how to wait. As a person who is really excited to talk to people sometimes, I understand where he's coming from - and I'd appreciate someone saying "hey man, I'm busy, sorry if I don't respond as fast" or even a "you're coming on too strong". I think waiting for him to figure out how you're feeling is kind of silly! And if you aren't interested in him, you should let him know too. Maybe he will back off a little bit if he knows y'all aren't ever going to be an item! c:
