you mean a tablet? i think you can get them at art stores or maybe a computer store.. i'm not 100% sure

well a tablet is the best bet for drawing on the computer, also a program called photoshop will help out greatly since she can draw on it and color and edit to make it into a masterpiece, if she has the tablet and photoshop program, the most current programs are the best.

I got a BAMBOO FUN at Best Buy for 100 bucks...ya they might be a little expensive, but it comes with three programs:

Corel Painter Essentials 3
Adobe Photoshop Elements
Nik Color Efex Pro

And everyone knows how freaking expensive this programs are alone...

Oh, and it's from Wacom, the best brand on tablets ever...
