I've known about http://www.heavenscorner.net/ for awhile now, an animal sanctuary just 10 minutes or so from my home. They've expanded quite a bit since my last visit, though!

They have tigers, panthers, mountain lions, otters, wolves, lynxes, foxes, snakes, birds...many of which were rescued from irresponsible people who thought owning an exotic animal would be fun.

I've submitted an article about the place to Digg, and I'd appreciate it if you dugg it so it can get some attention.
