Connection upgrade

Right, so I was looking over the packages my internet service provider (Telus) gives its customers. I was curious about something so I called them up and had to navigate a damn voice-operated phone tree. That's right, voice operated. Not pushing 1 and 2 for options but saying them. This thing had bad voice recognition and they hide the options to get in contact with a real person. So I get mad at this and end up throwing my phone, then go down to the mall to Sight and Sound. I ask the people there how you're supposed to contact a real person on the Telus customer service line. It turns out, you need to know a secret word that they don't tell you. You have to just constantly repeat the word Agent at each menu. So I finally get through to a person and find out that if I upgrade, because of some loopholes, I will go from 1.0 Mbps to 3.0 Mbps, get a free wireless router, and it's a dollar cheaper than my current connection. So rather than look a gift horse in the mouse, I sign up right away because it is an upgrade yet it is a bit cheaper. So in a few days I'll have a higher download rate, free router, and a dollar off my bill. Heh, no more leaching off my neighbor's unstable weak wireless signal for me anymore.
