Nothing wrong with Hexagon, aside from the occasional "validation error". I use it myself, on occasion. Best $1.99 investment ever.

Where are you experiencing trouble? The process of actually modeling the mouth, or creating morph targets for use in Poser afterward? The mouth won't actually function within Hexagon itself, if that's what you're implying -- it's just a modeling app, with no internal support for rigging, morphs, or animation.
