Localised time ain't that hard...

After getting a bit frustrated about FA only showing times in UTC+1 (I use gmt+2) I started to work on a script that not only changes the time to your localised time, but also using words in your own language.
For foreign languages you'll need to add your day names in your own language in the file.

No idea on how it works in English.

Often the little things are dismissed, because they are little, but it shouldn't be hard for them to let you choose your timezone.
Also made sure the sourcecode is now properly commented to explain how it works.
