I assume it's just to FA people.
I couldn't possibly put down the amount of people that have affected me though.. :P
This will help you when it comes to tagging people inside of any journal, picture, etc. Scroll down a bit to see how it's done.
When you tag someone, just notify that person that he/she has been tagged, leave a link to where that person was tagged (i.e. journal, picture, etc - that's how they see that he/she has been tagged)
