Sell fursuit...opinions?

Hiya! Sorry for the lack of activity on FA and thanks for all the new comments, +watch and +fav! :3 Some of you might know that these past couple of months I've been backpacking China and Southeast Asia ~ currently in Cambodia!
I've been tumbling the thought around for a while about whether to sell my fursuit. My only reason is because I want to travel more. I have seen and experienced so much that I don't want it to end just yet. I want to go to Myanmar, Nepal, India and then who knows where?!?
Clouwy has always been a character to me ~ my fursona is
mmm-dumpling That doesn't mean I don't cherish my fursuit because I've enjoyed every minute of it, especially giving back and making kids smile. But my attachment has weened since I don't get to "be" Clouwy enough. At times, I think my fursuit deserves a better owner who can continue doing what I enjoyed doing.
So my question is, what's your opinion about selling a fursuit character? Would anyone place a bid if I put up Clouwy for auction?

Thank you so much though...you and everyone's intentions are too much for me to take in! Missing my friends really hurts :( I wish I could give you all a big hug.
I think you should sit down and have a glass of milk then ask yourself if you want Clouwy anymore.
If you have no bad gut feelings about it then that means it's what you really want.
As long as you are finished with him I say go explore the world.
But if you are gunna come home and regret it then maybe there's other options or you can travel more later when you save up enough :3
Would people buy him? Yes. But those are big paws to fill :P

One can be reapeted, the other cannot.
But yet again, the desition in the end is your Dumpling =)

Clowey is a character that's popular and recognized in the fandom, selling the fursuit would likely start some sort of confusion and you can't guarantee that the next person to own it would give it the same life

A lot to think about though from what others have said.
The more I think about it the more I feel like I'm ready to risk to knowing whether I'll have another chance to travel so extensively.

I personally don't think you should sell the suit.. Nobody can replace Clouwy.
You are the one who makes the suit unique.
As much as I can concur with everyone on how awesome Clouwy is (which is a mega understatement, you have made that character something really special), the bottom line is you have to do this for you. If the sale will help to realize your goal of continued travel, I say go for it. From what I've seen you are having the time of your life. And to that point this is the time to take advantage of the opportunity to continue what I imagine has already been an unbelievable journey. You never know when you will have this chance again.
As so many others have stated in one way or another, its you that makes that suit. Having it or not won't change you.
Do what makes you happiest. No regrets :)

Thanks for the sweet words! You've helped me tremendously everytime I've needed a spotter, et alone a chauffer. Without you my character would be less than what I've made it to be. Truly, thank you.
I'm happy that the fursuit means a lot to people ~ it doesn't feel good to take that away. I know I need to put myself first and I really want to continue traveling but I think I'm going to try and find another way to fund it. I don't know what my situation will be like in a month, let alone having the opportunity to travel extensively again in the future, but I'm willing to risk it.
Heh I feel a little changed everyday with or witout the suit ;)
And don't mention it, I am most glad to have helped out. I'd do it again in a second. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help going forward, Clouwy or otherwise.
