Heh... OK, I have to say first off that I really like this question.

My first reaction would probably be to level with him. Even try to talk, though since I'm a more passive person I'd let him go on and on about himself all he wanted. Then when he realized I wasn't listening he'd probably take offense and spend the weekend sulking... pulling some jerky pranks to get a rise out of me... it'd be hard not to punch him, basically. :P

I wear them sometimes! In reality I have glasses so I can't actually wear goggles, but the duck slips them on sometimes when he needs to be cool. You can imagine that's not often.

She's the only one that I can think of who I've commissioned who's open currently, so that's the harder part of the question.

As far as ideas go... swapping wardrobes with Jasu. Him in the pea coat and it being too tight, you stumbling around in the dumb giant shoes... or drinking tea and eating cheese in a really sophisticated manner. Not great ideas, I know, but I have a hard time coming up with them for other people who I don't RP with. :P

Your opinion on old scool turn-based RPGs as opposed to the new ATB system?

I'm a little split on this one. ATBs have never really appealed to me, though I've only played one, and that was FFXII. I do, however, love FFXII. The first three-fifths of that game are amazing. The setpieces are nice, the territories are memorable, and it has one of my favorite- if not the overall favorite- leveling systems of all time. I love the license board, I think it's amazing. And for the most part I never minded the combat system, but it wore on me once the areas got to be as big as countries and the plot that I lost track of didn't help much either. Dragon Quest VIII, however, is one of my favorite RPGs of all time, and it has really well-done turn based combat. So I have to give it up to turn-based, since while ATB saved time, Dragon Quest proved turn-based could be interesting to watch and just felt more solid. If there was more of a chance to avoid enemy attacks and the system got deeper, I could get into an ATB, but for now not really my thing.
