it sounded good but i think youtube is messing with me and cutteed it off half way.

"Cup-o-Culture", perhaps? (Could have various ingredient references for segments. Shots for short topics, creamer, etc., as a couple ideas)

"Gamer Geek Gossip" as another idea.

The first cast sounds good. Some good stuff covered from what I'm hearing so far (listening as I typed this comment, thinking of possible titles)

Also, this was a title suggestion from a friend of mine:

"Paws Button"

In the Days of Webcams, why don't you do a Video Podcast, or something like "Comic Book Man"?

No offence meant, but please at least some pictures about the things your talking could help a lot watching 1:24 hours of a black field...

Please also set the mics to the same volume (doable even in post-production).

As long as your Topic and how it came out: simply well done!

Yeah, as a youtube video, the audio-only aspect becomes apparent. On things like iTunes and Amazon, it'll be a non-issue. However, if these episodes *are* put on youtube, I'll ask Isiah to add some kind of imagery.

The audio thing is weird. He was recording and doing post on his end so I'll ask him to boost me next time. I could barely hear myself at times.

Loved the quality of knowledge at least. Sometimes these podcasts can bumble on and lose itself in silence or awkwardness. my inner old-school game nerd will definitely tune in.

Oh cool you finally were able to get that project idea off the ground! Grats man! If your looking for websites etc for future show hosting, Libsyn and Podpress are mentioned alot!

Sorry to say this, but when I loaded the youtube panel and saw that the run time was in excess of an hour, I immediately chose not to play it. At the risk of coming off as rude, that's WAY too much time for me to spend sitting on my butt listening to a single podcast, no matter how good it might be. However, it would be cold of me to ignore that you've clearly got something to say. Have you considered reaching out to sites like Broken Frontier regarding your idea here? They might be a good place to start if you want to present your ideas to a larger audience. Who knows, they maybe in the market for a podcast and they strike me as being willing to work with developing writers.

Right. I told Isiah when I saw the final edited show that we need to knock it down to 40-50 minutes max. Hour and a half is a *long* podcast, but we're just trying stuff out atm!

Very nice podcast, Kad! I'm really impressed, and very curious to hear what you guys have in store for next episode! :)

It was a little long, but I think that's only a problem if you plan on doing a podcast every week. If you're only planning to update monthly or something, then two hours per episode is just fine. :3

So many things I could idly mention in response to the ep's actual content, but since my personal focus is on retro gaming, I think I actually learned more than I could really talk about. I hadn't heard any real details about the PS4's announcement until now, so I feel a little bit more caught up with gaming news.

As far as a name, you said you plan to cover a variety of topics, so maybe something like Across The Board (ATB). Kinda geeky, since video game levels used to be called 'boards.'

At any rate, you're off to a good start! A few tweaks with audio and graphics and you got yourself a winning podcast! :)

Yeah, this guy is serious trouble. He stalks artists and talks smack about them. I ended up blocking him yesterday. He's been banned on FA and DA, and this is one of his alt accounts. I've reported him to the admins, but who knows how long they'll take to act :S

That what happens when someone has ego bigger than mt. everest and thinks he's the center of the world. Drama, bitching about everything without reason.

He plays the victim with everything. He has a tumblr where he reblogs people's issues with him and tries to turn it on them. Guy is seriously disturbed.
