Hey guys, Neko here with a bunch of updates, I’ll break them down by topic so you can read what part interests you:


Fursonification:
For a lack of a better way of explaining, Fursonification won’t be happening this year, mainly the fact that it was never mine to hosted it [it is Aaden’s event] so the website, banners, etc. are all with him, if things change, I will update everyone on it, but for now it’s a no-go for 2013

On that note…


Future events:
I love park meet up and BBQ like fursonification and I will not mind helping setting up a picnic meet up likeit, but in order for SEFFurs to host things we need help from you guys.

Now I don’t mean just money [but that does help] but help buying and bringing supply’s, providing help, setting up etc etc. is what is needed at times, no one fur can support a whole group and it’s as a group we have to band together in order to enjoy the events we love.

I’m very big on group effort, I love seeing everyone come together, it doesn’t hurt to buy chips and soda, hotdogs and buns, etc. for a big party, and if everyone buys food [for a pot-luck kind of setup] a few bucks each can mean a lot in the end.

If you guys want to do a big Seffurs picnic, we need your support for it, I will soon be posting plans for a SEFFurs Spring Gathering, and will post a list of what is needed in order to host it [supplies, help, money, etc.] it won’t be a lot of effort if a lot of furs chip in! Everyone can do a small part to make this huge =^_^=


Moderators:
…are no longer needed
We will start a new system of volunteers to help with setting up events, and with event planning, but as far as “moderators” there is no need for them, if you have a problem with anything, my number is on the page, feel free to text me [954-993-1866] and I’ll get back as soon as I can, or email me at nekochristmas[at]comcast.net with whatever problems, concerns, questions etc. you might have, I love helping and don’t mind finding answers

On a side note: miles will be my number 2 if there is no way to contact me, or at events I might not attends but he might at.


Random Small things:
*I will need volunteers for events, and no you won’t be stuck always helping, just small stuff and if we get a bunch of people willing to help it’ll make it easier to rotate who helps at what events.
*I will need idea on who might help with sponsoring us with some events I have planned, if you guys know any good gaming place [kind of like how tate’s gaming satellite is set up] that might be looking, let me know, what I want to do is like a MTG card night, maybe even something roll playing, or hell, just a relaxing card game/board/art/draw game night lol give me your input please! =3
*we need supplies, like random things like tables, chairs, etc, stuff to bring to events, if you have anything lying about that is unused, taking up space that you think might be useful to the group, let me know


Last note:
I’m going to do my best with helping everyone have fun, if you know of an event, and don’t see it posted, feel free to post it on the site, it only needs you and 2 others to go and will be announced to everyone, think something might be fun like a beach meet, post it, see what happens [also this will help events be from around all of south Florida and not always be stuck in the broward county lol]

I will try and keep up doing movie night every other week, if it rains I will move it to the next Friday, for those that are wondering, I had to stop hosting the movie night inside mainly for the face my house is too small for 10+ people, lol, but the good thing is that now we get a 10 foot by 7 foot size screen out side with tikki torches and everything, lol

Also donations are back up on the site the cover the cost of running the seffurs website fees, meet up foods, drink, etc. it’s a nice notions to give a few bucks, and I do say thank you to all!

Also remember we do have a massage board for you guys to use and post ;)
