Well, it's been a week since Furry Fiesta 2013, and here's a cat's view point on how it went. The con was good this year, the weather nice for the most part even if a bit chilly from time to time. I got to the hotel on Thursday afternoon, got checked in and hung out with some folks till my room mates were able to get there. I was rooming with Havok wolf, a good friend from the Memphis area, Dook ferret a Texas local, and Travis the hyena, a friend of Dook's. He didn't get in till early Friday morning cause of weather problems. There was lots of good stuff in the dealer's den this year, and I scored some nice comics and books from Furplanet and a couple of others. Also got two nice commissions from the Artist's alley I'll be posting a bit later, and some fun pics of a few of the fursuiters running around. A few things happened that caused a bit of stress, but it's not worth going into those, and the fun times at the con continued. There was a fun Oklacon room party on Friday, then a birthday party to everyone's favorite woof, Fuzzwolf, then finally a party for Furplanet as well. It was a great three nights of a few drinks and good conversation. One of the highlights for me was Sunday night, hanging out in Sairo the husky's room and having a few drinks and a long night of chatting with him and his room mates, along with Havok..later joined by Kyo_Foxtrot and one of his friends whose name I'm terrible at remembering. Look forward to seeing all of you at later cons this year and next year's Fiesta. :)
