well as some of ya'll might know... i have a 2003 toyota tacoma. its a prerunner 4cyl trd with sr5 package values between $8000-$12000. bought 3 years ago for $14000 i put 30000 miles on it from 92000 so now its about to have 140000 mi on odometer. this is what my dad bought me when i accidentally blewup my dodge dakota's motor (which still ran) more behind that but anyway... thats what i currently have to deliver pizzas in at 20mpg.
i asked him if he could help me get a 1992 mazda miata for $3500 possibly. asked him by text and i will quote this after my discussion about my gas mileage:
"$3500 for a 92 miata. all i ask for

1992 miata $3500 cash"

"u must think i'm rich"

"for a brand new f150 platinum and a 09 tacoma 4x4... ya..."

i went with him to dallas, tx to pick up this tacoma... he sold his 07 chevy truck and bought this after he already bought the ford. i know its not my money but i want to save HIM some money since he pays for my gas...

i also need to keep my tacoma for hauling some things around and a couple other factors.

so any input??
