Wacom Bamboo is a good option

Depends of your budget. Like Ranek said, Wacom Bamboo is pretty good. If I may suggest, take the Capture; it is bigger and more compete than the Splash for only 20 $ more. If you have a bit more money to spend, you can also look at the Wacom Intuos series or the Yiynova, which make affordable LCD display tablets.

I got a UC Logic WP8060 for $40. Works fine for me. Haven't really used any others though.
