Nah, she's comin' home tomorrow. Still, so excited she's comin' home, I haven't seen her in MONTHS.

And I don't know anything about BLOPS 2 as I don't play games. I just don't see the entertainment in them. Games are just a waste of time if you ask me.

Well, not all hobbies are wastes of time. But I wouldn't call playing games a hobby. I'd categorize it moreso as an obsession or an addiction. Besides, stupid games make people do still pod things, and ultimately make them look stupid.

What about watching TV?

Meh, I only watch The Science Channel nowadays. About the only channel in the whole damn tv industry where you'll find any sort of decent science fiction content. But other than that, the tv industry has gone to hell in the passed 5 years. Too much bullcrap tv shows made only for the sole purpose of bringing in revenue. It's all about money and quantity, not audience entertainment and quality. So I try to watch as little tv as possible.

I try to find documentries these days but they are very difficult to find, at least to me they are. I look on discovery channels and crap and all there is are like, gun shows and auction related stuff. Nothing on.. well... history. Not even on the channel labelled "History".

History Channel's aight...but like all big name networks, it's gone to shit. Discovery too. Oh, and probably the channel with the greatest turning to shit is that fucked up channel called SyFy. Used to be all about the science fiction content, the quality tv production and great actors, and audience entertainment. Now, it's about nothin' but bs scripted reality tv shows, how many fake paranormal shows it can spit out to drive away the scifi fanbase it built up for over a decade, and how much money their stupid ass reality crap quality shows will bring them. If you ask me, it's the one channel that's doomed to run itself 6 feet under within the next decade. And the irony is, I used to be tuned into that channel ALL the time no matter what time of day it was...back before the name change, when it was called SciFi Channel and when the people running it were dedicated to the fanbase and audience. Now, I won't give a flying fuck about that channel, lol.

TV has gone bad :<

Lol, tell me about it. Science Channel is about the only channel that still seems to provide entertainment for its audience. Through the Wormhole with Morgane Freeman is such an awesome show. Asks so many big questions, questions that I ask myself sometimes. And they bring up a lot of valid points about the universe in that show that make SO much sense, not even joking.

Never seen that show. I kinda in the end stopped watching TV altogether!

Lol. I still have a lot of high hopes for Science Channel, as they've been dabbling in a lot of science fiction lately. But other than that, yeah. I haven't watched a lot of tv lately myself.

I need to see a LOT of films though... I only recently watched Fight Club..

Though I had actually watched it YEARS ago when I was young, and I forgot everything about it except for the ending, and the part where they are gonna castrate the main character in the police station. I remembered it one day and said to someone: "Oh.. I just remembered a film with these two scenes but I don't know anything else about it... what is it?" And he told me it was Fight Club.. and that he was 100% sure. So.. well in some way I kinda ruined it for myself. I spoiled it for myself. :<

Heh, movies aren't usually my thing nowadays, since Hollywood seems to be runnin' out of ideas. But if it's got the slightest bit of science fiction in it, then you bet I'mma gonna go see it. Cloud Atlas is my latest favorite. The great thing about that film is that it asks a lot of big questions, and gives a possible answer to one of those big questions; that everyone and everything is connected, connected even through time. "Our lives are not our own," just to quote one sentence from the movie. And the thing is, it's a valid point. It's big ideas like those about the universe that get my instant attention, as I'm always askin' big questions about the universe.
