Ok, random shit first! I bought these tiny little My Little Pony plastic figurines at Wal-Mart on a whim. (I should stop going shopping late and night when I'm tired and impulsive.) On yet another whim, yesterday I decided since my work pants were cargo with lots of pockets, and the toys were small, I'd put them all in my pocket just for the hell of it. I wasn't planning on taking them out at work, or anything...just an impulse, and I follow impulses.

So, naturally, yesterday there was a freak out because they thought someone had stolen an expensive pair of sunglasses that were there for a charity auction we were hosting (they turned out to have simply been moved and misplaced, haha) so every worker had to empty pockets, let security go through their bags, etc. (It's known that if you bring a bag in to work, security has a right to search it - so if you don't want it searched don't bring it. So it wasn't a violation of privacy or anything.)

Long story short, everyone at work now knows I'm a total child because I had toy ponies in my pocket. :| Plus side - my immediate supervisor LOVED them, so that was a bonding moment! They also came in handy later at the bar, because they cheered up my friend who'd had a really bad weekend. (And embarrassed our other friend who insisted toys didn't belong at bars. Psssh.) So, basically, the one and only day I've ever had a toy of any kind in my pocket, we have to empty our pockets. No one believes me when I say that's the first time I've ever carried them with me.

Ok, about FWA - I'll be there, and probably spend the majority of my time derping around in fursuit, chilling in the God Level Lounge, and in general goofing off. (That God Level price increase better be worth it...)

Anyways, here's an FYI for FWA though - if you see me, in fursuit or otherwise, wearing a pair of large goggles (think the kind you wear for offroading or other extreme sports) bear in mind that YOU WILL BE ON CAMERA. If I can get them in time, the goggles take video! So if you don't want to be videoed, let me know, or at least tell me so I can not post any video you might be in. (Though at FWA, there's a high chance of being videoed pretty much all the time.)
