Life update again. Oi...

So my day has been a little more than rough. I lost my lil hedgehog, Chuck, this morning. He came down with some illness that didn't show symptoms until this weekend and all the vets were closed. :c Tried to save him but he passed this morning and I just don't know what to do with myself right now. I've had the lil guy since he was a baby and he just turned 3 not long ago.

Despite this, Ty and I had promised to be at the Run Lucky 5k again this year and I pushed through my saddness because so many people were excited for us to come back this year. Figured if my day is going to be terrible, I could at least make someone else smile for a bit.

Needless to say it was fun and took my mind off things for a bit. I'll be posting pictures from the event soon.

Sorry for the downer of a journal, just had to get that off my chest. :c On the other hand if you know anyone that does hedgehog art, please note me, looking to buy some memorial art of my lil guy.
