I too suffer from said situations at times. Most of the time, Drelshik avoids others so he can make mends with himself. Therefore, understanding himself. Perhaps you need some alone time. Being around creatures who avoid you, dispite your efforts to please them, can be a bit if a burden on ones mind. Sometimes Drelshik will express himself through writing or art to help lift the burden.
