Last night I was arrested for driving over the limit.I blew a .09 and I literally only had 1 been then a mountain dew.
I only drove because I was getting my friend from the bar and it was a whiteout and I didn't want anything happening to my friend/roommate. I really have learned my big heart fucks me over.
But yeah I need numbers for a decient lawyer because I honestly can't afford to get my lisence suspended and I can't afford the fine. What's messed up is that I was driving perfectly fine the cop that arrested me even said yeah you were driving fine I just pulled you over because you had a headlight out. But then I was like why did you give me a sobriety test? And what's fucked is that I walked the line perfectly and could stand on one foot holing my other foot 6 inches in the air and I even passed the part where I follow his pen with only my eyes.well I followed with only my eyes without moving my head. But he asked why I was twitching and I told him I have turrets syndrom. He then said oh and you need to do a breathalizer now. WTF if I could do everything else without stumbling,staggering,or ever tipping why the fuck did he have to give me a breathalizer. Evidently the limit here is .08 and like I said earlier I blew a .09 and what sucks is I honestly had only 1 beer then a pop. Could walk fine hell I was driving better than the cop and my truck has a longer wheelbase and I wasn't swirving or sliding but the cop was all over the road and yet he said I was drunk. Bullshit its fucked up that I get an OWI and I was driving better than the cop
