Got my computer back on Friday. I'll say I was compensated okay, but it was far from satisfactory. I will never be buying from them again after such a debacle of a simple repair, simple customer service, and simple communication. To fail on those 3 points does not encourage me to spend my money on any of their products and I would advise you avoid them at all costs.

HP, on the otherhand, are a good company and they actually cared about the struggle I was having with best buy and my computer and tried their hardest to make their own mistakes all better.
