Artist and Commissioner Agreement

This document describes the terms for my consent for the use of the furry characters "Kit, Tolan and Xander" for content creators and commissioners.
By depicting Kit, Tolan and Xander in any medium, you agree to the following terms:
(1) Kit, Tolan and Xander are not public characters, but are aloud to be used in Gifts or Fan Art, we love them^^
(2) We have the right to order the removal of any media depicting Kit, Tolan and Xander or their likeness and for any reason. (This mostly means that if anyone tries to steal the characters and say that they are theirs when they are clearly not. NO STEALING! lol)
(3) We have the right to post any media anywhere (with credit given to the artist, of course) that depicts Kit, Tolan and Xander or their likeness.
(4) If you wish to use these characters in your comics, ETC all we ask is that you let us know first so we can give you the details you need.
(5) Credit for the characters designs must be present in all Discriptions of each character. This is usually the words "Kit, Tolan and Xander © Their Owners" The reasons for this are two-fold: to stop character plagiarism (people reposting Kit Tolan and Xander images saying "these characters are mine"), and to provide fans of the characters with a name that they can then search-for.
This is pretty much all we ask other then that have at it^^
