rampardos has been lusting after cinccino since before the game starts. they have shops across from each other.

emolga is dunsparse's best friend. he's *very* protective of him. i wonder why...
M quagsire / M scraggy
scraggy is a criminal who you catch early in the game as part of the plot. he later sets up the obligatory move shop after being "punished" by quagsire. it turns out that quagsire is a renowned reformer of criminals, known throughout the underworld. the way that this is told to us, it's pretty clear how he "punishes" the criminals he catches.
