Is it ok to live without a genital?

I'm not planning to get my genitals off, don't worry. I'm just curious.
Like, conditions of peeing and such? I mean, if you do not have it, then how is your body going to dispose the waste and such?

It's been done in the past, actually.
Basically it'd just be a small hole on your crotch that's only used for peeing.
But having genital packs waaaays too much of advantages.
On the subject of urination, no, it would be just the way MtF folks do it. Genitals are not exactly involved. Urethral opening would be the same whether you have them or not.
Who's MtF folks?
MtF is "Male-to-Female", folks going through gender change surgery.
I watch a lot of science shit.
It's important!
I am a vet student. Removing genitals is what I do regularly. For males, removing testes will remove the source of sperm and testosterone. It will not effect urination. Removing penis will not effect urination if done correctly. The hole will not be closed. peeing uses the muscle of the urinary bladder so the penis doesn't really do anything other than used for aiming.
the ovaries and the whole tract of the uterus is removed when vets sterilize a female animal. ( human is different ) the pee hole is left untouched, so there is no problem peeing. If what you mean by genital is the external part, removing external female genital is done on some african women as a ritual of some sort. Look for "female genitalia mulitation" on google. But be warned, it is not a pretty sight. ( i'm still having nightmares about that) there is only a hole left. So the women can still pee and have sex, but they will not feel anything because they have no clitoris anymore.
