Hmm...I'd have to say sci-fi, or horror. I'm currently attempting to write both in one book, but the reason I find both so interesting is because the genres are hard to write, yet are really fun to read as well. The building of suspense, tied in with a science-fictiony style...it sounds pretty cool to me.
Otherwise, I like reading the works of my friends at school who write, just like I do.
Memoirs, poetry, and romantic books are also fun to read too.
Yet, above all, furry fiction has become my favorite. (Sci-fi furry fiction is even better.) :3
Sci-fi is not one of my particular likings, but I find horror quite fun. I am more into romance books these days. Especially since I discovered Nicholas Sparks. I bought his novel "the longest ride" when I was in the US a few weeks ago.
