I know that Statik is having trouble with this, and I saw a lot of stolen art there, If you are not the artist or owner of the character (AKA you commissioned the piece or won it in an auction or got it as gift art) you can't do SHIT, so please, if you see art you recognize, tell the original artist, tell the character's owner, let's get this stuff taken down. Please help me, and if nothing is done, let's organize something and get the artists and owners of the characters to do a group sue. It may or may not work, but it should open people's eyes and let the site know we are serious.

This site has a policy that allows users/members to use artwork and characters that do not belong to them in roleplay.
There has been multiple uploads of characters/art being used without permission.
If you are afraid your character is being used.... Check it out.
There has been over 20 characters reported for theft thus far and possibly more.
[ Reporting ]
First Step in Removal
Request from the user to remove the image/character. They may take it down without argument.
Second Step in Removal
You can report removal of the images via Forums or Chat located at the right side of the site.
Mods are Green, Admins are Red.
[ Removal ]
You MUST register to the site to report a removal. Friends cannot ask for removal for you. Artist can.
If you are the character owner you MAY get the image removed as long as it was a piece of art you COMMISSIONED/PAID for.
If you are the artist you MAY get the image removed without problem.
You will need to provide proof you are the character owner/artist of the image.
[ EDIT ]

Has informed me that if the removal does not get taken down within a reasonable time (allow admins/mods to work)
Then you can note her and she will contact the site owner.
Please be respectful.
I assume most users are unaware this is wrong. Keep that in mind.
