so yesterday at work i took another tumble.. trying to change a light again

i have a broken shoulderblade, on my dominant arm.
could be six to eight weeks minimum heal, then 6 months to a year rehab.
ijust feel like a useless bag of blubber right now... arms in a sling, cant do much...

All that counts is that you are ok. How fast your shoulder heals is up to your body, how long your rehab takes is up to you and you alone.
