measurements
it is the customers responsibility to ensure that all measurements are accurate before sending them. For full suits and 3/4 suits, we will require a duct tape dummy to work from.
warranty,Refunds and Returns
All suits come with a 30 day warranty.
Please note that the warranty will be null and void if:
the item has been abused or used improperly
the item has been altered in any way
the item is soiled or has a smell, and has not been cleaned prior to return
the item will be sent back at the customer's own expense.
the initial deposit is non-refundable.We will accept returns within 30 days only with a reasonable reason.
no refunds will be made if character design or species has changed.
I reserve the right to re-sell any item returned refund as-is, or altered any way we choose. Items must be returned in the best possible condition (considering the circumstances warranting the return) in order for a refund or exchange to be issued.
Order Alterations/Cancelations
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any stage if the commissioner is rude, threatening or incredibly unreasonable. Once your order has been made and materials have been paid for then no changes may be made to the commission: please make sure you have provided me with correct reference work.
the full balance will be refunded in the most appropriate way possible, depending on the circumstances and the amount of the project that has been completed.
no refund for down payment and materials.

If I would have any difficulty with suit markings or any aspects I will discuss them I may ask to slightly alter the design with your permission
all products made by Dragon Sparda Creations are copyright Alayna George. you may not create derivative works intended for resale, commercial use, or distribution; distribute parts or copies of parts, or take credit for creation of the item or any part of the item without exclusive written permission.
Allergy Warning
I have a dog I try my best to not allow him direct contact to your fursuit , I cannot guarantee they will be allergen free. Materials are kept in a locked room which he does not have access to and different clothes are worn whilst working on projects.
