i can get away with tires of the snow stays away. hehe. im in a delema with the blazer, i have 1-2k into it but in its current state its worth 500 at best. the engine is on a stand, the trans-tcase is out of it and its on jackstands. idk if i should spend more and get it running or take a loss by selling it. i shouldnt have bougtht it but i couldnt let it sit in sombodys yard forever. whick suit maker are you comissioning, i have a few im looking at but idk how to get a quote or how to comission them and i want to get a fat/inflateable suit. hehe =blushes=

I used to have an old Mercedes that gave me the same problem. I hate it when a project turns out to be way more than expected. what else needs to be repaired to get it running? If its not much it might be worth getting running. For mine I spent several hundred getting it running just to find both timing chain tensioners shattered and in the oil pan lol.

I'm gonna have  azulwolfstudios make my dragon fursuit. I met her at FWA and she was very friendly and has an awesome suit. Her prices are very good too. If your interested in commissioning someone just note them and see what they say. Either that or see if there's an email on their page. An inflatable suit would be amazing! I've only seen one so far and it was really cool. I'd love to see it if you do get one made.

wow. its needs a wind shield, y pipe, trans needs to be gone threw, new fluids, steering pump, gear box, exhaust gaskets, and brakes. and maybe accouple little things. hehe.ill have to check her out. i like kangaroo oz smaller inflateable suit. hehe. but im kindof looking for a cartoony suit. hehe

Oh dang, that is quite a bit. We'll that does make it kind of a tough desision, wish I was close enough to offer some help. She doesn't have a lot of stuff on her page, her suit is awesome and she really knows what she's doing. I'm not sure if she would be able to do an inflatable suit, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. That would be awesome if you had one like his made. I would love to see you in it at a con some day. Speaking of which are you heading to any cons this year?

yah, hehe. i threw it on line and hope for the best. ill have to ask when i have access to a computer, im useing an old ipod to get online now, hehe. idk. i like to go to little meets now. im not much of a fan of big crowds and i have a little phobia of suiters. =blushes= im trying to go to a con but i dont know all the cons around cleveland or erie pa. and idk how to register or prepare to go to one. hehe.

LOL I still haven't been to a local meet yet! There's one coming up, but its still months away. I was also nervous about going to a con, but after getting there I realized we're all there for the same purpose! I felt like I was finally home. And the fursuiters are great too! Some of them can be awkward sometimes, but for the most part there really friendly. We'll have to check sometime to see if theres one up your way. I know for me the next con is Megaplex In july. And dont worry about registering, its easy.

hehe. one of these days ill go to one. im trying to save as much as i can. im happy the cars fixed so i dont have to spend a lot on gas on my moms truck. i love v8s but only when u wanna have fun but not as a everyday driver.hehe. im debateing on having my brake hose fixed on my car when i get the tire patch and alinement or buy the flairing tool and do it my self. hehe.

It does cost a bit to go, but its worth every penny. FWA was The best vacation I have ever had! It is nice not having to feed that big truck anymore. Trips will now be a lot cheaper for you. If you can find a flaring tool for less than the price of the repair I'd do that. Then next time you'll only need the line. I wouldn't get one off a tool truck though, Matco recently had one on sale and it was still almost $300!

hehe. the skool i go to has a partner ship with matco and they have a store in the skool. they give discounts to students but its still expensive. hehe. i belive a frend of mine went to fwa, he had a good time. i might go next year. hehe.

Oh that's cool, I remember when I was at NTI they did the same thing only with Snap-on. You should totally go next year! It is a bit of a big con but still an amazing experience. I know I'll be there next year, and if things go as planned I may be in fursuit!

It's worth every penny if you manage to make it there, plus it would be cool to meet and maybe hang out. I know what you mean though, it's always nice getting new stuff to fix up your ride. Are you still thinking about replacing your Escort?

idle issue? Like does it kinda make a revving sound but no power being transmitted down your drivetrain?
Tire alignment is easy. Sorta. Just gotta use a lift a 3 foot prybar, and remove a bolt or two to adjust. Depending where the play is at. May be able to just tighten the wheel bearings up again and it may solve it a bit.

But if you just put money into it and it works, you can ask for more since you can point out you just did work onto it.

hehe. i put a tie rod end on and my toe is just off. it idles low when the electronics are turned on, it has a new battery and remaned altermator on it. but and being a engine going from having a auto trans to a 5 speed to it doesnt help. hehe. i just thing it has a small vacuum leak or just the cheep plugs i bought. i has a little more power then the original engine. hehe. i might sell it if the price is right or if i can get another car be for i sell it, hehe
