I'd say get the outback. Can't go wrong with the 4wd

hehe. i just have to look under it and hope that nothins rotted out. it looks clean on the out side but it has over 170k on the odomiter.

doesnt always mean bad things, my car has 182k and is practically rust free!

hehe yah. im up north in the rust belt but idk what the history of the car. it looks clean on the out side i just worry about underneith. mine has 203k but my engine died last year so i have a junk yard one. i just like the 4x4 in winter but a truck would be fun. hehe i just want something fast and easy to modify.

Oh, the 4x4 would be nice all the time, and since that outback is a Subaru I'm sure there are plenty of tuning options available for it.

I'd say the Subaru if your willing to put a new clutch in it, those things go forever. At the same time an S10 would be another awesome one to have. I guess what it comes down to is do you need a pickup or a small suv?

hehe yah. i would like the s10 to hall things for the farm but i like the subaru for gas mileage and the coolness of it. hehe

Well if your only gonna be hauling stuff on the farm every now and then you'll probably be fine with the Subaru anyways. I wanted to get a Ford Ranger a while ago, but until I get my own house it would be pretty much pointless, as to why I have the Focus.
