Maybe you should wear diapers to class? I know I had the same problem for a while, embarrassingly in fact for a good while.
Didn't help that I had an a-hole of a history teacher that wouldn't allow me to go to the bathroom during his class... IDK what he thought I was going to do in there, maybe he thought I was wanting to go for a smoke or to get high or something, but this was freshman year of High School, and I had and have never done those things...
Well... anyway, good luck with everything... try to stay dry if you can help it.
