Do monster-mouths make everything better?
I've seen a lot of them on characters lately, and they seem to liven up their personalities.
Dunno why. Dunno how. But 9/10 they're usually badass.
So what do you think?

Not really in my opinion. If there's no good reason for them to be there, it's essentially just fluff. Plus, there's always the same alternative mind/personality angle played with which turns it from special to generic.

I've noticed that too. Usually one who adds them would think that it is necessary to do so, otherwise it could end up "boring and unnecessary". It's a coin flip in my opinion.
