What if...... (warning offensive to the thin skinned)

So I got bored on one of my many 24 hour shifts at work and typed this up. It is some of the laws and other things I would do if I was the American Dictator. I understand that this may offend a lot of people and make others think. First, I am up for a full and open debate about this entire topic. Feel free to ask questions and for me to explain anything that may be unclear as I'm not gonna edit it from its current format until I need to update it with responses. Second, please be polite and open to debating and not just saying that my ideas suck. Third, if you are curious about what I think about a specific policy whether its American or from another country ask and I can add it here. And last, I would ask that you spread this around on FA if you can. I know I'm not a 'popufur' person on here yet but I like hearing peoples opinions and discussing them. Thanks.
Free Primary, Secondary schooling, and College (I mistakenly thought college was also called secondary school. Secondary schooling is actually high school.
raise pay for teachers
free health care
stop paid for life politicians
cut politicians pay in half
give huge tax breaks to companies that make healthy and organic foods and car companies that have 1/2 their fleet as hybrid or alternate fuel
more taxes on companies that make unhealthy foods and car companies with less than 1/2 their fleet as hybrid or alternate fuel
tax rich people more, tax break on low and middle class people
no one under 21 can smoke or drink anything, anyone 21 and over can smoke cigs and weed and can drink.

Every household required to own atleast a semi-auto firearm preferably full auto. Civilians are allowed to own any personal weapon the the military owns. Providing that the owners are fully trained in its use. If they fail the qualification tests then their weapons are taken until they can pass.
Stop foreign aid until the homeless and hungry are dealt with
more walls on borders. 3 strike rule for illegal immigrants; 1. deport back to home country, 2. deport to other dangerous country, 3. death penalty
tax and penalize companies who use illegal workers
illegal immigrants receive no health care at all
get rid of affirmative action

As for Secondary School I was thinking like Juvie schools for trouble makers for some reason.
I shall share with you MY opinions:
no one under 21 can smoke or drink anything, anyone 21 and over can smoke cigs and weed and can drink.

Either lower the drinking/smoking/porn age to 18 or raise conscription age to 21. If you're old enough to serve the country in the military, you're old enough to make your own decisions about alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and porn.

Change this to "firearm" and add that every household is also required to take so many hours of hunter/firearms safety courses per month/year. You shouldn't own a firearm unless you're educated enough to take care of it and handle it properly.

Most of Mexico's problems are caused by Americans and American politics. We should cut back all our foreign aid efforts to fix ourselves, but while fixing ourselves, we should work with Mexico's government to change the way things between our two countries are handled to correct the situations that CAUSE so many people to enter this country illegally. In addition, it should be easier (and CHEAPER) to become an American citizen. In addition, any company caught selling weapons, armor, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies to drug cartels and mercenaries in Mexico IMMEDIATELY forfeit ALL their rights to do business in the united states. Their company is immediately dissolved and the CEOs serve a mandatory life prison term.
Require American be spoken in public
-require all American citizens to be fluent in English and stop wasting paper printing extra forms in Spanish. Don't ban the speaking of other languages in public; half the glory of walking through Chinatown is to be immersed in another culture, and part of said culture is the language. Diversity should be encouraged AS LONG AS THE SPEAKERS ALSO SPEAK ENGLISH.
In addition:
- The department of homeland security and the FDA should no longer be autonomous. They should be subject to oversight committees. Neither of these agencies should be allowed to pass laws without congressional or voter approval anymore.
-The law that says "only drugs cure diseases" should be overturned, and all laws preventing adult patients from choosing the way they want their illnesses to be treated should be as well.
-Nobody NOT fluent in English should be permitted to conduct telephone business, period.
-Abolish mandatory minimum sentences and all crimes should be treated on their individual details.
-Members of congress should no longer be allowed to create profits for themselves. They shall not be allowed to create laws creating profits in companies with which they have financial interest.
-Salary caps for ALL CEOs of for-profit countries.
-Churches can either choose to lobby and pay taxes or stay tax-exempt and NOT pay lobbyists to make laws on church agendas.
-Nonviolent criminals do not serve prison terms. They serve rehabilitation sentences in counseling-heavy work-release facilities

I meant firearm, lol. And yea everyone would need to be trained in it, if you fail the training then you are a danger to others and can't own it til you pass.

I don't agree. We have enough issues with providing jobs to the citizens we have right now. Perhaps if that wasn't an issue or we were bringing in specialized skilled workers then it would change.

I can see this one. But you can't always blame the CEO. Perhaps it is someone underneath doing the 'dirty deeds done dirt cheap". You must be able to find out who it is. Until then restrictions and fines of some type should be placed on them.

I have no problem with other cultures. But when someone is in public and they are speaking in another language, they have just separated themselves from the rest of society. And possibly made others feel uncomfortable. I do agree that if you are in "Little Chinatown", then mandarin will be allowed in public. Because it might as well be a part of that other country. Also learning other languages will be greatly encouraged. Knowledge is power. But in the general public you must speak the language of the country.

Nothing would be able to be passed without Dictator approval. But I understand and agree with you, if this wasn't a Dictatorship.

I agree to all of it. No one should control an adult who is able to make informed decisions about their lives. That said, children will be the responsibility of the parent. They will be required to do everything in their power to protect and make their children well. If it is decided that they cannot because of a religious or spiritual belief then the child will be removed from their parents, healed and then returned to them. Unless it is determined that returning the child would put them in danger. Also adults who cannot make decisions for themselves for what ever reason will be remitted to the care of the state. And the state will do everything possible to save the life. While I am spiritual, I do believe that we were given knowledge that we have to use it. And it would be wrong of us not to for any reason.

No need as there will be no congress in Dictatorship. But in normal, I agree with you.
