Ouch it really hurts a lot.

I almost broke my right hand punching the wall, things have been pretty awful here and even if i am mostly optimist, what its happening in my house just made me angry, sad and to feel impotent, i punched the wall like 4 times and kicked it 7, my feet and my left hand are ok but the doctor told me that it was a miracle that my hand its in one piece.... ugh and since i am too alergic to the sun i use gloves, the gloves bother me a lot, and they press my hand when i set them in and off

well i guess tha things cannot go worse
