Nah it wasn't a tech job. Monster will be mostly corporate funeral homes and they aren't the best places to work for.

I thought I was safe too 7 years with the company you'd think that would count for something. That's what I'm worried about being too old and over qualified.

Shocking, yes. Too old, really? If you ever feel too old, get into shape and hide your gray hair if you have any to give you some confidence. Draco-silverflame just offered some help for the resume. I guess he's more up to date about what a resume should look these days and will probably help you to adapt your resume to the job YOU want.

I feel for you, Acroth. Trust me, I do hate job hunting dearly. I recently passed the 5 years mark with my current job, and even if it's not the best job fitting me, I thank the heavens for having this secure job.
