Seeking OC Design Commission + Requests Still Open

I've been trying to design my fursona/mascot for a long time, but I've had so much trouble getting it down. Seeing as I've acquired a just little extra capital lately, I'm willing to commission someone possibly.
If you or someone you know and/or commissioned does or might do a design commission for thirty dollars or (ideally) less and is reliable, please let me know.
If that is two low of a price, that's okay, I understand- I wouldn't ask you for less than you think you deserve. That's just the max I feel comfortable paying for a drawing right now given my situation and the amount of money I currently have.
Speaking of money...if you want me to possibly draw you something, than it is literally no object! I'm doing free requests in order to refine my skills. <3
Guidelines:
1. I do not do adult artwork, meaning your request may not include anything that would require an adult rating on this website. I will not draw genitalia or characters performing explicitly sexual activities.
2. These are request. They are unpaid, and there is a chance I may not draw what you request because I am either uncomfortable drawing them or I feel that its above my skill level. But please, try me.
3. Do not expect perfection. The reason I'm doing this is to practice. What you will get will vary from traditional or digital, colored or uncolored. Essentially, you give me a premise and I surprise you- hopefully in a good way! xD
4. I need something to base the drawing off of. I'm not talented enough to draw without, sorry (unless you want me to draw something besides a character). Show me a picture of your character
5. I'm doing this for fun. I might experiment a little. ;)
6. These are FREE. I don't expect anything in return (except maybe a pat on the head or a belly rub <3)
