Loan companies I swear are like a legal mafia, the second you're out of school they wanting their money back and no excuses for it. I have a special distate for them.

Depending on the loan they are required by law to leave you alone while you are in school. Many regulations stop after school. So the regs work and they are better than they were a decade ago, but not quite good enough yet. Banks exist to make money, not hold your hand and wait for you to get a job.
