I don't know you personally, but from my own experience I do know this. Stop. Breathe. Don't choose a permanent solution to a temporary problem. It doesn't seem like it now but it will pass. It always does. Change is inevitable, and so it won't feel like this forever. You'll find an anchor. Whether it be a person, an idea, a pet, something that will hold onto you, something that will say "No, wait, I need you. You. Not someone else. You." Whatever it is that is going on right now is going to seem pointless in face of that anchor. It does get better. I promise.
