I got hired on at a Publix grocery store as a front service clerk (bag boy). I'm nervous as hell... Seriously, Publix is so focused on providing a good shopping experience that I'm worried that I'll screw something up. Because I'll be working the front, customers will be expecting the same level of customer service from me as from someone who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!...

I'm scared.

I don't even know the layout of the store I'll be at. I never shop there because it's so far away... I don't know where to clock-in, or what to do for most... things... God, I'm so nervous I'm having a hard time explaining WHY I'm nervous...
I'll be making minimum wage for Florida... (which I think is $7.79), and I'll be working around 21 hours a week (ish)... So about $160 or so a week. Eventually I'll get benefits... as long as I don't screw this up... And I mean HUGE benefits, like a retirement plan and stock options. That's all a long way off and I hope to god I don't get fired for being a failure...
