Very very happy for yooou! Can't say I ever had to suffer through living with jerks before, but first moving out on my own was a feel good to begin with! Can imagine it feels even better if it's away from meanies.

Haha no worries, I wasn't at FCN this year anyway. New place is great, things are going well for once! :)
