It sounds like your BIOS settings have screwed up completely... the problem you have is (in 90% of cases) fixable... it's just the issue of communicating HOW to you, I'm a terrible communicator ^^;;

It sucks that viruses have hit you so hard :<, do you have any OS disks lying around?
