Hi there, techno here. Still not around. No intentions of coming back any times soon. This site and the furry thing in general doesn't give me very many positives anymore. Most stuff just feels like stepping on my toes, especially in seeing people either spending too much time kissing ass and trying to be MORE UNIQUE!!! than everyone else. It's hard for me to have fun with the people I like here when 99% of the rest are participating in some kind of perverse circlejerk towards popularity.
I miss a good chunk of you, for sure. Unfortunately the majority of people (and this isn't even really directed at anyone I've ever -spoken- to here), especially the people around my age and with visual styles that I would otherwise interact with, are all so caught up in turning the furry fandom into a highschool indier-than-thou LOOK HOW EDGY AND DIFFERENT I AM popularity contest that it really doesn't leave any reason for me to work on hollowing out a space of my own.
I want to make it clear - I'm taking a break and won't be back for a while. No big loss, there are other people filling my circuitboards anyway.

Needless to say, the internet isn't a fun place to escape and de-stress anymore - it's the exact opposite, to the point that I can't even use it for my job because MY mental issues have gotten so bad that I get violently pissed off any time I read certain things.
so yeah. for now, don't think of me as that bitter asshole who got mad at furries.
think of me as the cute fun robot fluffball that got in way over their head and drowned.
so.. I'm going on vacation or something. later folks.
EDIT: I also cancelled all my plans for RainFurrest and MFF, so no, I won't be there.
